Birthday Boy

Have you tried the "no line coloring"? I did, but it's late and I'm so tired I couldn't concentrate! LOL!! I ended up making the lines slightly lighter than usual. I remember first seeing the technique on Amber's blog way back in September '11, I know right! I most recently saw the same technique on Ruby's blog. I love both of these ladies' work!

 Well here's my card:

I really love the softer lines.  So go ahead give it a whirl....especially if you're running low on ink! LOL!

    This is very interesting! I love how this looks!
    I have been afraid to try it myself. I really love the softer look! I can imagine some of the girly images looking lighter and really pretty with softer papers. Thank you for taking the fear out of trying something new.

    This came out wonderful, Yolie! I have often wanted to try this but figured I was way too blind to do it properly! I love your fun design papers, layout and bright cheerful colors!
