I have been having a very busy week. My little girl is in Advanced Show Choir at her dance studio

and they have had shows mornings and nights since Thursday night. There is another tonight and another tomorrow... if the storm stays away that is.

This proud mama had to share a few pics with you :))

I created a fun little card with one of my FIRST ever digital stamps. 

This one was created WAY BACK ;) in 2009 before rubber and before the website -

We were just getting started then.

Paint is EVERYWHERE

Good Morning! 

I am a part of a fun OWL THEMED blog hop this weekend and wanted to share one

of my projects with you using a FBD Halloween digi. 

 

 Digital stamp: Boo Who? Owl

The kids and I were playing around with watercolor paints the other day, and they started flicking it on their paper making patterns. I decided that would make a really cool bg paper for my little Owl digital stamp that was designed in the Fall of 2011. It was fun flinging paint everywhere :))

 

My little owl is colored using prismacolor markers and sharpies. The papers are by Papertrey inc (white and black) and the grey is by The Paper Company. I used two different style nesties to cut out my images. 

Lables Four and Lacy circles. Some Twinery Twine and other trims including some pretty tulle finished off the card. OH and we cant forget the googly eyes! :) HEHEHE

Monster Mash Monday

I was working in the lab late one night
When my eyes beheld an eerie sight
For my monster from his slab began to rise
And suddenly to my surprise

He did the mash

Mysterious Monday

Who on this dt got us in the theme of 'naming our days' here in our posts :D hahah! 

I love it!!!

Sometimes I spend more time trying to think of a title than I do on the entire post. 

I wonder if anyone even reads the title :D hehehe! 

I usually can't think of anything witty or creative, so maybe that is why you don't see it :D hehehe!!!

I chose mysterious for today because my card mysteriously opens into a fun fold! 

hahaha!!! I told you I am not creative when it comes to titles :D

Pumpkin poem

One day I found two pumpkin seeds.
I planted one and pulled the weeds.
It sprouted roots and a big, long vine.
A pumpkin grew; I called it mine.
The pumpkin was quite round and fat.
(I really am quite proud of that.)
But there is something I'll admit
That has me worried just a bit.
I ate the other seed, you see.
Now will it grow inside of me?

(I'm so relieved since I have found
That pumpkins only grow in the ground!)
