I created this image in honor of Memorial Day. His name is Daniel: God Bless America. This little boy is a reminder that freedom is not free. He is what the mother sees when her son leaves for war, what the daddy sees when he returns and his son tries on his uniform and says "Daddy I love you" and he is my way of Thanking every service man and woman for all they do.

I am giving this image away to several surprise people this weekend. All you have to do is comment on this post. If you have created a card for the challenge already, have two chances. If you leave ANOTHER comment letting us know you grabbed the challenge badge on the sidebar and have linked it back, you have 3 chances. Weekly Special ~ Coffee Sprinkles

Good Morning. Welcome to the first "Weekly Special" where we will find and feature a FRESH BREWED creation every Saturday. I normally like my coffee strong and unsweetned, but this morning I am changing it up a bit! I found these COFFEE SPRINKLES at Barnie's website (no, I have not tried them) and just though they looked so fun! That all being said, I have something wonderfully sweet to share with you. When I FIRST started my blog, well, even just before on a yahoo group, I found this wonderful friend who has been there for me in many ways and even though we live so far away, I feel our hearts are connected and when I think of her I feel a little tug :). I can not tell you how giddy I was when I stopped by her blog and saw that she had used one of my images to create with. I just HAD to feature her card on this blog and share it with you all.
