Just Saying Thanks

Happy Tuesday! I'm "just saying thanks" that it isn't Monday anymore!! Some are worse than others, especially the one after a week of vacation! I'm so happy to be back home and in my craft room again so I can get creative. I couldn't resist using one of the newly released July digis, Watermelon Boy. I used my copic markers, an embossing folder, and lots of dies. I wanted to make a thank you card to send to the owners of the house we rented at the beach. We had just arrived when a delivery boy brought us a DELICIOUS chocolate cake and pound of coffee from the owners! How totally nice was that?!!! I couldn't get over it. Somehow I hope to get their address so I can mail this card of thanks for their kindness in sharing their wonderful home and yummy goodies.

Watermelon Girl

Linda here writing from the beach!! Yes, I'm on vacation with my family at the Outer Banks in North Carolina. So far the sun has decided not to come out and play but the rain sure has:( Maybe later in the week. Meanwhile, I'm here to share the card I made using the newly released Watermelon Girl. I love her almost hidden smile. This makes me hungry for a sweet piece of watermelon...with salt! Yes, I'm a melon with salt lover!!! Strange but oh so delicious!
