Good Morning!

I have a simple little card to share with you today.

This card is for our new 

 Freshly Brewed Challenge :

1 (hand colored) image + 1 sentiment 

on the front of the card

I used the Fresh Brewed Designs Rubber Stamp:

What is with my photo editing lately?!? 

I don't like it :( :( :( 

I guess I can also blame the dark dreary outside as well. 

Not great lighting for taking pics and have to really exaggerate the highlighting and shadow effects

in editing. Sigh. Oh well....

A Little Hello

I'm thinking I should just go back to bed and start this day over again!!! Yes, it's been "one of those days" and it's only after noon! But I will survive!! I'm here to share with you my card for this week's challenge - 1 image (hand colored) and 1 sentiment (on the front of the card). And in my case, a whole lot of pattern papers!!!! It's easy when they come from the same paper pack. I used Cute Owl, an image I found in my "already printed out" images pile. I wish I had used a different shade of blue for her eyes, but, being the non-lover of coloring that I am, I wasn't about to start all over again!!!! It reminds me of the days when we took time to enjoy little moments. 

Slow down. Dating was NOTHING like it is now. 

Boys were taught to be gentlemen and girls acted like ladies. 

I sometimes wish Mayberry was a real town and I lived there LOL!!!

Yea, I think I would like that very much :)

My kids both have the flu. We all have been sick here. 

Maybe that explains my weird post.... HEHEHE!!!

Good afternoon all!! Yes, I usually post or schedule for first thing in the morning. Well I came down with this head cold and took some Nyquil last night. Now mind you, my card design was done, all I needed to do was adhere it all down. I think it took me an hour just to do that!!!!! When it came time to schedule my post, I knew I would NOT make any sense with what I'd write so I waited till morning. Yes, I know, it's afternoon now, but at least it's up now!!!
