It's Friday...HOORAY!! I've had two of the craziest weeks and I must say, I'm glad they're over. I need a day, just one day, all to myself so I can make cards. Ahhhhh a girl can dream!

Can you believe I actually cut this guy out?!!! Unheard of from me, the self-proclaimed lazy stamper!!! I covered the whole image with glittery goodness thanks to my clear Wink of Stella pen. Talk about a fun one to make.

Fun in the Sun

I am so excited today!! Yes, I'm here to remind you of our "Fun in the Sun" challenge going on this week. But what I'm most thrilled about is my card...I was finally successful at digital paper piecing!! Check out Bob's swim trunks!! They are the same crab paper as the strip behind him. Let's Meet for Coffee

I love it when my friend shoots me a text saying "Starbucks tomorrow?" Unless I have absolute plans I always say YES!!! I thought this time I would surprise her with a card asking her out for coffee!! Might even tuck a Starbucks card inside! This is actually my challenge reminder card for our GIRLFRIENDS challenge going on this week. I used a Fresh Brewed Designs rubber stamp called You+Me=BFF. Perfect for our challenge!! The sentiment is strategically placed to cover up an ink spot. The pattern paper were scraps as was the ribbon.
